Description

Our client is a leading name in the animal nutrition industry and is seeking a Ruminant Sales Manager to drive national growth across the United States. This is a high-visibility, revenue-generating role responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that position solutions for the benefit of both nutrition companies and their dairy farm clients


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead our B2B engagement with targeted dairy nutrition companies across the U.S
  • Lead and develop a team of account managers by fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Act as the primary liaison to key dairy influencers
  • Managing national accounts and working cross-functionally to deliver value and drive growth in the U.S. Dairy market
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with the overall sales strategy
  • Collaborate with the U.S. field sales team to support local execution with nutritionists and dairy farms.


About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ruminant Nutrition, Animal Science, or in the agriculture-related field
  • Proven track record of driving top and bottom-line growth in a B2B sales environment within the U.S. Dairy industry
  • Solid understanding of ruminant nutrition and dairy farm operations
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Open to regular travel across the United States
