Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and growth within the CASE market. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and shaping go-to-market strategies in a competitive and innovative industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the CASE business across [region/markets].
  • Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and solution-selling to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with R&D, technical, and product teams to align market needs with innovative solutions.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, KPIs, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.


Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership within the CASE, speciality chemicals, or related industrial markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers, or speciality polymers.
  • Experience managing and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential).
