Description

I am supporting one of our key clients in the Paint and Coatings Industry with key senior commercial hires across Middle and South East Asia.


Job Description:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market presence and revenue across assigned regions.

• Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and key clients.

• Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.

• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape product positioning and sales strategies.

• Collaborate with HQ in China to align sales operations, marketing initiatives, and supply chain management.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.

• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive long-term relationships.

• Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.


Requirement:

• Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in decorative coatings, paints, or related paint industries.

• Proven track record in driving revenue growth in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa or other markets.

• Strong network of industry contacts, including distributors and key decision-makers.

• Previous experience in a multinational coatings company or similar industrial B2B sales environment.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in target regions.

• Ability to lead remote teams and manage multi-market sales operations.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Willingness to travel
