Description

Our client is a specialised functional ingredient provider with 50 years’ experience in North America and LATAM. We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in the US market.


The Role

This is a newly created, high-impact role focused on new customer acquisition and account development across the United States.

  • Develop and execute sales plans for core markets (nutraceuticals, food), with scope to expand verticals including pet care, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality prospects and key accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from cold outreach to deal closure.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and customer feedback loops.
  • Represent the company at major trade shows.


The Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the ingredients industry.
  • Background selling into nutraceuticals or food will be very favourable. All relevant category experience will still be beneficial.
  • Self-starter with a comfortability to travelling and building relationships.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Sales-driven attitude – able to create results in an agile environment.


Compensation on offer includes upwards of $120k as a base salary, bonus and commission scheme, travel expenses, and full benefits package.
