Location: Remote in Colombia
The Role
As the Sales Territory Manager for Colombia, you will have a key focus on supporting and managing existing as well as well as growing and expanding into new areas. Their customer base is diverse and mainly focused on B2B.
This portfolio covers their Pesticides and Rodenticides portfolio and will have a key focus on offering customers pest management solutions.
- Develop and position the product portfolio in Colombia, serving the objective market segments for the business.
- Increase market share, sustained/continuous sales growth over time, and customer loyalty in a profitable and efficient way for the organisation.
- Reach the assigned sales budget (Sell-Out) in the territory.
- Prospecting customers and identifying new prospects and market opportunities to increase sales.
- To monitor and follow up the market behaviour, competitors, and end consumer trends.
- Execution of marketing plans in different segments.
- Support the commercial activities of the Distributors aligned with the regional commercial strategy.
