About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead growth across Germany and Austria. This is a high-impact role where you will manage key accounts, strengthen client relationships, and win new business opportunities that expand our market presence. You’ll work closely with technical experts and decision-makers, offering value-driven solutions that make a measurable difference to customer operations.

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute a territory sales strategy to maximize revenue and pipeline growth.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Develop strong expertise in our solutions portfolio to position value-driven offerings tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with the leadership team to analyze sales performance, improve processes, and share market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure visibility on all activities.
- Travel regularly within your region to meet clients and attend industry events.
What You Bring
- A degree in a technical or business-related field (preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial, high-tech, or inspection/NDT environments.
- Strong background in at least one of the following industries:
- Oil & Gas (pipelines, storage, etc.)
- Refining & Petrochemicals
- Power Generation (Coal, Cogen, Nuclear)
- Aerospace & Defense
- Maritime/Shipbuilding
- Fluency in German and English (French is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative in team settings.
