Mackinnon Bruce International are retained with a global manufacturer of Laboratory and Biomedical Equipment, offering pre-analytical solutions including small equipment, medical devices, software and applications to private and public laboratories. They are a market leader in specimen collection systems, cell/tissue cultivation, analytics equipment and OEM solutions.
Our clients are now looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their German team. This individual will be tasked with building and nurturing business relationships with Research Laboratories, Blood Donation Centres and Clinics, offering their full Pre-Analytics portfolio. This role will be responsible for Bavaria and the Southern Baden-Württemberg region.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of pre-analytics products with a focus on external laboratories, laboratory chains, blood donation services and laboratories in clinics
- Independent preparation of the deployment plan for travel activities
- Acquisition of new customers
- Opportunity management along the sales funnel and tracking in CRM (Salesforce)
- Maintenance of customer master data in CRM
- Processing complaints and claims
- Maintenance of customer master data in CRM
- Implementation and further development of strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
- Planning and execution of product tests in cooperation with the application specialist
- Identifying new sales opportunities, increasing market presence and participating in local events
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, for consumable or single-use medical device equipment within the German market
- Background in Biomedical Research, with experience using sample collection or other pre-analytic equipment, either in Nursing, Blood Drawing or Sample Collection
- Fluency in German
- Willingness to travel
