We are working alongside our client in the Medical & Life Science sector based in Pennsylvania to hire a Senior FP&A based in either Horsham or Feasterville-Trevose.

Our client is expanding rapidly and is looking for a Senior FP&A to join the dynamic team. Reporting to the ETI finance head and working closely with our HQ FP&A function and management team, you will play a critical role in driving financial processes to support growth and achieve financial targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports according to group requirements.
  • Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and operational metrics analysis.
  • Analyse key business drivers and support data-driven decisions.
  • Provide accurate financial advice and perform meaningful financial analysis.
  • Maintain FP&A reporting procedures and documentation.
  • Implement metrics to monitor performance and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Coordinate annual budgeting for revenue and operating expenses.
  • Support comprehensive business reviews and updates.
  • Generate capital and investment budgets on a project and annual basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 8+ years in accounting/finance with 4+ years in FP&A, preferably in life sciences or capital equipment manufacturing.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to influence strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards.
  • Strong commercial acumen and highly analytical.
  • Organised and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to meeting deadlines and objectives.
