Description

Our client is a global leader in flavours and ingredients. Due to continued business growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager for Sweet Goods & Health. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies across bakery, cereal, confectionery and health categories.


The Role

  • You lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for sweet goods and health categories, aligning with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • You support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing marketing environment.
  • You identify and translate consumer and customer trends into actionable insights that fuel innovation and strategic planning.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and category teams to deliver impactful customer briefs and market cluster initiatives.
  • You inspire internal stakeholders and external clients with compelling storytelling and value-driven marketing concepts.
  • You oversee marketing budgets and performance analytics, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI tracking.
  • You represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and market research activities, bringing back valuable insights and opportunities.
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing tools, processes, and best practices within the organisation.


The Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • You bring at least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within sweet goods or health-focused food categories.
  • You have proven people management experience and enjoy developing talent.
  • You are passionate about healthy eating trends, food culture, and innovation.
  • You demonstrate both creative thinking and commercial acumen in your approach to marketing.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships across all levels, internally and externally.
  • You have experience managing budgets and analysing performance metrics.
  • You are willing to travel for market research, customer engagement, and industry events.
  • You are fluent in your native language and business English.
