  • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, negotiating long-term contracts covering pricing, quality, delivery, and service.

  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring accuracy in MRP systems, purchase orders, and inventory management.
  • Resolve supplier performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage logistics, including domestic and international transport arrangements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, fabrication, and aftermarket to meet business goals.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field (Master’s or certifications a plus).

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site teams.
  • Proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Epicor a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.

What’s on Offer

  • Strategic leadership role with multi-site responsibility.
  • Opportunity to shape and execute supply chain strategy at scale.
  • A culture that values employee development, innovation, and customer focus.
  • Competitive compensation package.
