VP of Engineering | Capital Equipment | Confidential Search
This is an onsite position with relocation required to the Southeastern USA.
We are partnering with a highly respected industrial machinery manufacturer on a confidential search for a Vice President of Engineering.
This senior leadership role will oversee all engineering functions, including mechanical, electrical, controls, R&D, and technical writing. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader from the capital equipment or automation space, with experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (30+ indirect reports), streamlining processes, and driving innovation.

Requirements:
- Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 10+ years in industrial automation, capital equipment, or machine design

Midwest-based location preferred (relocation support available)
