Description
The Demand Planning Coordinator Citrus is responsible for the end-to-end global demand planning of the citrus category across all markets. Acting as the central consolidation and coordination point between local market demand and global sourcing and grower supply, the role ensures a single, aligned demand signal that enables optimal sourcing decisions, service levels, and value creation across the supply chain.
The role ensures that demand plans are not only accurate but also operationally actionable across the full supply chain — from harvest to delivery — enabling effective coordination, risk visibility, and execution.
Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain
• Experience in perishable products or fresh produce, ideally with citrus, avocados, olives, pomegranates, or stone fruit
• Exposure to multi-country or central planning environments
• Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, sourcing, and supply chain teams
