The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service and Import-Export Specialist to join our Customer Service team. Your primary focus will be managing and coordinating commercial administration tasks to support our sales team, with a specific emphasis on customers in the Middle East market.
This is a permanent, full-time, fully onsite position based at our Murcia HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking orders and communicating incidents to meet deadlines agreed with customers
- Resolving complaints and requests related to customer orders and their delivery
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including assistance during customer visits
- Receiving visit reports and managing actions agreed with customers
- Creating and monitoring project sheets and briefing sheets
- Receiving and managing customer orders through to manufacturing handoff
- Preparing and maintaining customer files, including documentation relating to legal compliance
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Spanish speaker, native or near-native level
- Fluent Arabic speaker, essential for this role due to the Middle East customer focus
- Professional level English strongly preferred
- Background in customer service, import/export, logistics, or commercial administration
- Willingness to work fully onsite in Murcia, 5 days per week
